  • Reference ID: Always keep your Reference ID/UTR Number safe. This ID is generated when you make a payment and is also visible in your Transaction History. It is the primary proof of your payment.

  • Credit Timeline: Usually, credits are reflected quickly. However, if your balance is not credited within 24 hours, please check the status in your Transaction History.

3. Support & Issue Resolution

If you face any issues with your deposit or if the status remains pending after 24 hours:

  1. Take a screenshot of your payment proof.

  2. Note down the Reference ID from your payment app or the website’s transaction history.

  3. Contact our team via the Active WhatsApp Support number provided on the website. Share these details, and our team will resolve the issue immediately.

4. Withdrawal Policy

  • Correct Details: When withdrawing funds from your wallet, please provide accurate bank or payment details. Incorrect information may lead to Failed or Rejected transactions.

  • Rejections: If your withdrawal is rejected despite providing correct details, please reach out to our support team for a manual review.

  • Zero Transaction Fees: Cricboss Panel does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. You will receive the full amount from our side.

    • Note: If your bank or payment gateway charges any convenience or processing fees, those must be borne by the user.

5. Security Reminder
